There are many components in the game. Each component or block belongs to a category.

Control components cover player control of constructs, as well as explicit programming through the Automated Control Block and the LUA Box. This is in contrast to the more black-box behavior of AI components.

Produces power, essential to the functioning of many other components such as propulsion and lasers.

Subobject

Subobjects are attached to spin blocks or turrets. Entire subobjects may be saved, and then later loaded in a single step.
