Air pumps are used to provide buoyancy in enclosed water tight spaces by pumping out the water. They must not be exposed to water in any direction.

An Air Pump pumps water from the vehicle, increasing its buoyancy (ability to float).

Application

They are mainly used on boats, in ballast tanks and they do not need power to run.

Requirement

They must be placed in enclosed and water tight spaces.

Output

Buoyancy in cubic metres. Adding more than a single Air Pump in a specific enclosed space will not increase buoyancy, only one (The first that was placed) will function. The only purpose of this is redundancy.
