The Weather Vane is currently found in the Sails section of the Water tab. It simply points at the wind direction. Useful for sailing as wind direction is quite crucial
Application
Typically used on the Sail based vehicles, next to the Vehicle Controller.

However, it can be also placed on Turrets and Spin/Turn Blocks.
